The Business Simulation
In teams of three around a game board, learners become new managers at the fictional C-Tech Industries. As the simulation progresses, they face the challenge of getting results, struggle with personnel issues, make decisions about interdepartmental relationships and balance the tactical with the strategic. Learners are engaged from start to finish as they discover the five Business Impact Accountabilities that will ensure their success – and that of the organization.
Connections – Bridging to Your Organization
With fresh new insights from the game, managers are now ready to make connections to their own organizations and jobs. In a two- to three-hour session called “Connections,” learners are guided to apply critical-thinking approaches to each of the five Business Impact Accountabilities. The issues covered during the session are:
- The top three challenges facing your organization and where employees fit in
- Challenges your managers face in fulfilling their accountabilities
- Tools your managers can use to execute on their accountabilities
