Z Plus is a dynamic and ever-growing collection of tools and gear to support, promote and maximize the results of Zodiak in your organization.

Z Plus provides online access to ideas and ready-to-use materials to help spread the word about the power of the Zodiak program to your employees and managers, provide you with tips on how to make Zodiak more effective, and offer ideas to help maximize your investment in the program. The collection of tools will continually grow and develop, and access to Z Plus is available at no charge to all Zodiak customers.

Internal Marketing Campaigns

We offer a variety of downloadable campaigns, featuring customizable posters, postcards, payroll stuffers and more. Each campaign delivers a clever spin on Zodiak, and will generate interest and enthusiasm for the program. The files are in Microsoft Word format, and include print specifications for color or black and white, for printing on site, or at your vendor.

Newsletter Articles

Use our pre-written, customizable articles for your corporate newsletter, web site, Intranet or any other communication tool. The articles offer a variety of ways to publicize Zodiak and its benefits to participants and the organization, and can be used as is or "cut and pasted" to suit specific needs.  Executive Letters are customizable letters that a senior executive can send to employees, advocating Zodiak and its benefits to the organization and to employees.

Meeting in a Box

There are nine easy-to-administer activities to reinforce Zodiak (no facilitation experience required, and it is easy for any Zodiak graduate or manager to conduct) that can be conducted in a pre-shift meeting, a monthly team get-together, or even one-on-one. Topics include Invite a Financial Expert, Impacting Profit and Cash Flow, Understanding Financials and more. Each includes one or two pages of downloadable facilitation instructions plus printable worksheets or materials.
