What is it?

In times of change, successful organizations educate employees around the company’s vision, strategies and new initiatives. They communicate clearly, they heighten understanding and motivation, and they generate commitment to action. When there is true strategic alignment, employees clearly understand what their company is doing and why. They understand how changes will affect the company, their departments and their own responsibilities. And, most importantly, they know what is expected of them and embrace new ways of getting work done. While strategic alignment is critical for success, it can be very challenging.   • Transfer Responsibility

And that takes more than memos and speeches. It takes an approach to communication and education that engages employees, promotes cooperation and fuels initiative.
