Discovery Maps® - Product Overview

Discovery Maps are fully customized educational sessions designed to ensure the strategic alignment of employees around corporate vision, strategies and new initiatives. Colorful table-sized “maps” create the visual foundation for a 1 to 3 hour learning experience that transfers knowledge with unrivaled clarity using discovery learning techniques. 

In a classroom setting, teams of learners work together to explore the map's content, discuss issues, draw conclusions, and develop new insights. 

Our instructional designers, consultants and artists works with you to create your customized Discovery Map — a large, colorful and engaging “picture” of your corporate strategies and vision.  Along with activity cards and other exercises, your Discovery Map drives the learning experience and helps you achieve strategic alignment. We use a speed-to-market design and development process so that you can quickly deploy your strategic messages.

Depending on your company's culture and training needs, Paradigm Learning's team can also develop competitive games, case studies, simulations, videos and online exercises to enhance the overall discovery learning experience.
