Robb J. Gomez, President
As Paradigm Learning’s president, Robb Gomez is responsible for leading all company operations. He has been with the company since its inception in 1994 and is a champion of the Paradigm's discovery learning approach. Robb's broad experience makes him a strong client advocate who has a deep understanding of the training issues facing organizations in today’s competitive marketplace.
Prior to becoming president, Robb led Paradigm’s sales efforts as executive vice president of sales, working with major clients such as McKesson, Tenneco Automotive, HCA and FHLB of Atlanta on their strategic communications initiatives. His leadership efforts have been critical to Paradigm’s revenue and profitability growth in the ever-changing training industry.
Robb graduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in Finance and a minor in Psychology. In his spare time, he prepares for and competes in triathlons.
