Kurt E. Hine, Executive Vice President of Sales

As executive vice president of sales, Kurt Hine is responsible for ensuring the achievement of Paradigm Learning’s revenue goals. He directs a team of 10 nationally dispersed account executives.  Under his leadership, this team is tasked with developing new business while effectively managing and building existing client relationships. In addition, he and his team are responsible for securing and growing Paradigm Learning’s important strategic alliance partnerships.

Kurt joined the company in early 2004 as the director of marketing and led the successful market launch of Right Turns: Change In Action®, a program that helps organizations build the understanding, alignment and commitment of employees around change initiatives.

In his most recent position as director of operations, Kurt was responsible for the staffing and overall management of client customization projects, including Discovery Maps® and product tailoring, as well as oversight of Paradigm’s delivery and consulting services. In this role, he also led the research and development team for the company’s newest talent leadership product, Mosaic: The Art of Talent Leadership™.

Prior to joining
Paradigm Learning
, Kurt held a variety of sales and management positions at Learning International and Achieve Global, both well-known and respected companies in the learning industry.

Kurt received his MBA from the
University of Miami and has a BA degree in marketing from Western Michigan University. He enjoys any opportunity to travel internationally, and he stays active by running, biking and swimming.
