Graphic Designer, Freelance

Paradigm Learning is seeking a creative, enthusiastic freelance graphic designer to join our Creative Services Team on an "as needed" basis in Tampa, Florida. If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, production skills, a strong business orientation and a desire to work with a highly energized team in a progressive work environment, then this may be for you!

We are looking for someone who has a college degree, two-to-five years' graphic design experience in print, a passion for work, a track record of making deadlines and taking change in stride as well as someone who loves to have fun.

When assigned to a project, you will work with our staff of high-energy project leaders, marketing department and salespeople to develop:

• Business graphics
• Game boards
• Booklets
• Packaging
• Direct mail
• Brochures

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Two to five years of graphic design and print production experience
• Exceptional skill level in Photoshop, QuarkXPress and Illustrator
• Mac OS X, v10.4 Tiger
