A company had great training content, but a boring delivery.
A transportation/distribution services company was implementing new process improvement approaches and tools to stay competitive and cost-effective. Its one-day lecture-dependent course wasn’t doing the job. Learners were bored … and confused. So the company turned to Paradigm Learning to build a powerful, high-involvement simulation in which small teams of learners assumed roles at a fictional airline company with a critical need to improve processes – or else! The result was a fun, fast-paced and relevant learning experience that worked.

A company had new products and sales initiatives, but old sales techniques.
One of the world’s largest soft drink manufacturers needed a quick and effective way to change the customer interaction behaviors of thousands of sales representatives. A rapidly growing financial services organization needed to establish a common understanding of leadership competencies and expectations. Cross-functional teams had analyzed and defined important leadership attributes, but the company needed a way to introduce these attributes to 35,000 leaders around the world. Paradigm Learning’s discovery learning expertise was tapped to design a fast-paced, energizing and easily deployable educational experience that set a behavioral foundation for all leaders.

A fast-food restaurant had new corporate strategies and needed the buy-in of all site managers.
A major fast-food chain was implementing radically new competitive strategies and had to get its worldwide restaurant managers on board and committed to executing for results. Paradigm Learning designed a half-day simulation as a key component of a five-day “management university” program. In the simulation, small teams analyzed a fictitious competitive threat and developed recommendations for action – leading to a keen understanding of the company’s real-world strategies.
