About Paradigm Learning


As a pioneer in discovery learning, Paradigm Learning has provided award-winning employee and management development programs to more than half of the companies on the Fortune 500 list. 

Our History

Industry leaders Catherine Rezak and Raymond Green founded Paradigm Learning with the objective of changing the world of training. They had grown impatient with the “boredom factor” and low impact of traditional training. Using a creative approach, they asked:

  • What if we could develop learning experiences that capture attention and energize employees?
  • What if learners carried these experiences into the real work world and delivered real ROI for their organizations?

Our Products and Services

Paradigm Learning products and services are focused on making our philosophy a reality. In 1994, we launched our flagship program, “Zodiak®:The Game of Business Finance and Strategy.” Utilizing an engaging board game, employees are put in charge of a $40 million business. During a simulated three years of play, participants learn how business decisions impact the bottom line — and learn the basics of finance and strategy.
